About this position
- you will be in charge of smaller team focused on HR and payroll agenda
- you will ensure timely delivery within internal inquiry
- you will be in touch with colleagues via phone, emails, web forms or chat and you will be also in daily touch with your team
- you will help your colleagues with problems solving and you will monitor your team's performance
- you will be resposible for high level of solved tickets and you will be there to take actions in case KPIs won't be met
- your job will be also to find areas for improvement and suggest new processes and solutions
- you will lead your team also on the couching and training side, to improve performance and move your team on the next level
Requirements
- 4-6 years' experience from team leader/supervizor role in SSC
- ability to communicate on high level with team members but also with colleagues and business partners overall
- fluent English and Dutch
- problems-solving mindset, ability to multi task
- know how within HR or passion to learn new things
