For our client, a dynamic and innovative pharmaceutical company specializing in eye care products, offering a range of prescription and over-the-counter solutions tailored to enhance vision and eye health we are  seeking a driven and experienced Brand Manager to lead the strategic development, execution, and management of our eye care product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical marketing, a passion for eye health, and a track record of successfully driving brand growth in both prescription and OTC markets.

About this position

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and tactical plans to drive brand awareness, market penetration, and revenue growth for our eye care product portfolio.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, regulatory, and medical teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, market opportunities, and consumer insights to inform brand strategy and positioning.
  • Manage brand budgets, forecasts, and timelines effectively to achieve business objectives and maximize ROI.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize strategies and tactics.
  • Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and industry stakeholders to drive advocacy and brand credibility.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies accordingly and maintain compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of brand management experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, specifically within eye care or related therapeutic areas.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that resulted in market growth and increased brand visibility.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Native Czech language, fluent English.
  • Ability to proritize tasks, independence.
