As the Experienced Group Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding key accounts within the FMCG market. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, build strong relationships with key clients, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of Key Account Managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure individual and collective success.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and oversee the implementation of strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, maximize revenue, and strengthen client relationships.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, to ensure the successful execution of key account strategies.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities and provide strategic insights to the team.
  • Contract Negotiation: Oversee the negotiation and finalization of contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry developments and continuously update the team on FMCG market dynamics.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience as a Key Account Manager in the FMCG sector, with a successful track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics, trends, and challenges.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, demonstrating a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
