About this position

  • preparation and processing of payroll data for Belgium or Netherland
  • contribution on internal projects
  • centralization of payroll under the finance department, consolidation of external partners, integation of new system
  • quality controll and contribution on audit
  • main point of contact for audit within payroll
  • setting up communication between payroll, HR and finance
  • supervision of payments to employees
  • first point of contact in case of any issues or possible problems
  • cooperation with accountants on reconciliations

Requirements

  • minimum 3 years of current experience from payroll for Belgium or Netherland
  • knowledge of compliance and SOX within payroll
  • fluent Dutch and fluent English
  • perfect knowledge of Belgian/ Dutch local payroll requirements
  • communicative person able to set up internal processes and communication
